After your order is placed, our customer service team will contact you by email to discuss your requirements and provide a digital preview (mockup) for your confirmation. Production will begin once the preview is approved.

Q3: What is the customization and production process?

 After you confirm the final digital preview, we will proceed with production.
 The estimated time for production, packaging, and shipment is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.

Q4: When will I receive my order?

A:
 Delivery times may vary depending on your location. To ensure the safety and integrity of each artwork during transit, we use trusted logistics partners.

In most cases, orders are delivered within 10 business days after shipment.
 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order number and a tracking link so you can follow the delivery status.
