Our plaster portraits are available in one carefully curated size to preserve their refined proportions.
 Our wood panel portraits are offered in multiple size options to suit different spaces.

If you do not see the size you are looking for on the product page, please contact our team. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a custom order link for a bespoke oil painting in your preferred dimensions.

Once your order is placed, your bespoke artwork journey begins.

2 — Send Us Your Pet’s Photo

After checkout,  please share a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet via:

● Direct contact with our design team (WhatsApp / WeChat)

For the finest results, we recommend:

● Good natural lighting

● A clear, front-facing angle

● No heavy filters or obstructions

The quality of your photo directly influences the refinement of your final artwork.

3 — Confirm Your Custom Details

Our team will personally review your photo and confirm:

● The selected reference image

● Background preference

● Any special artistic requests

We begin illustrating only after every detail is thoughtfully confirmed.

4 — Design Preview & Approval

Based on your provided photo and requirements, we will create a digital preview mock-up of your custom portrait.

This preview allows you to:

● Review the overall composition

● Confirm artistic direction

● Request minor adjustments if needed

Production will begin only after you have approved the final preview.

5 — Artwork Creation

Your portrait will be individually crafted by our designer within 15 business days.

Each piece is created with careful attention to detail to capture your pet’s unique expression and character.

6 — Production & Shipping

Your custom piece will be carefully produced and prepared for delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
